We’ve been very happy to support StagedRight Youth Theatre in Carlisle for a number of years now and were delighted to receive this update from Managing Director, David McNeill…
“StagedRight has come to the end of another very busy year and we want to say a massive thank you for all your support and generous sponsorship.
“Gary created some amazing work for us.
“This year we have taught 200 young people every week in our fabulous Story Homes studios, presented four productions each selling more than 90% of seats available, won 5 awards as the best in Cumbria, won an award for best in the north west and presented a cabaret for the theatre industry in Blackpool.
“We have also seen students perform professionally for Netflix and Theatre by the Lake.
“Our students also enjoyed a visit from three west end performers and were able to chat about future careers in the theatre.
“It’s been a busy year and last weekend we waved goodbye to students aged 18 who are heading to theatre schools and Cambridge to study musical theatre and music.
“We couldn’t do this without the support of people like you and, from the bottom of our hearts, we say thank you!
“As this year ends, we begin our 20th birthday celebrations which will include productions of Les Miserables and Beauty & the Beast. We very much hope you can continue to support us.
