When Orange Racing by JMH roll into the paddock this weekend, it’s fair to say they won’t exactly blend into the background… and honestly, why would they want to?

Over the past few months, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of working alongside the team at Orange Racing to completely redesign and re-wrap their race trailer — and what a project it turned out to be.

This wasn’t your average wrap job either. We’re talking a staggering 120 metre printed vinyl, the trailer features bold brand colours, premium-quality print finishes and clever one-way vision graphics, allowing visibility from inside the trailer without compromising the exterior design.

Even better? The entire process was completed using water-based inks and sustainable materials wherever possible — because producing standout graphics shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense. Affordable. Sustainable. Trusted. Exactly what we stand for.

The project was led by Tom, our Key Account Manager in Warrington, and Ryan, our Designer, who worked closely with Orange Racing from the very first conversation through to final delivery.

The full wrap was designed by Ryan in Warrington, printed at our HQ in Penrith and expertly fitted at our brand-new Stoke base. Having locations right along the M6 corridor has transformed the way we work, giving us the flexibility and agility to support customers nationwide — whether they’re race teams, retailers or anything in between.

From initial ideas and design development to production, fitting and final handover, Tom and Ryan managed, refined and perfected the project every step of the way. After all that hard work, it only feels right that they’ll get to see the finished trailer where it belongs: trackside.

This weekend, both Tom and Ryan have been invited by Orange Racing to attend Oulton Park for the British GT Championship, giving them the chance to experience the event first-hand and see the trailer in action. Safe to say, seeing 120 metres of hard work shining in the paddock will make every late-night tweak, print run and fitting session worth it.

This is genuinely one of those projects we’re incredibly proud of. From design and production through to installation and final delivery, everyone involved played a key role in making sure the finished result hit the highest possible standard.
