Leading branding specialist accelerates national growth with major new Stoke-on-Trent expansion

Ast is continuing its national growth strategy with the opening of our brand-new operational base in Stoke-on-Trent — a major investment that significantly strengthens our capabilities, increases capacity and enhances the support we can offer customers across the UK.

The new facility includes offices as well as manufacturing and fitting facilities. The site will also support a new partnership with TIP Group, Europe’s leading full-service equipment solution provider, working alongside its trailer refurbishment operation in Stoke.

The opening of the Stoke base marks another major milestone in our journey as we continue to grow, positioning Ast to deliver even greater support and faster turnaround times for customers nationwide across its signage, transport branding and commercial interior design services.

Strategically positioned alongside our headquarters in Penrith and our base in Warrington, the Stoke facility further strengthens our presence along the M6 corridor, giving us even greater national coverage and improving access to customers across the Midlands and beyond.

As we continue to expand, the investment in Stoke is about far more than simply adding another location — it is about building the infrastructure needed to support the future of Ast.

Founded by Managing Director Mark Aston in 2002, we have grown from a small local business into one of the UK’s leading branding specialists and a trusted long-term partner for many of the country’s best-known household names. The Stoke expansion reflects the company’s continued commitment to investing in its people, capabilities and long-term vision.

Mark Aston said:

“The opening of our Stoke base is a major step forward for Ast and an important part of our long-term growth plans. We’ve seen significant growth across the business in recent years and investing in this new facility gives us the additional capacity and infrastructure we need to continue building for the future.

“Having facilities in Penrith, Warrington and now Stoke gives us fantastic coverage along the M6 corridor and allows us to support customers faster and more efficiently nationwide. It also puts us in a stronger position to continue growing our transport branding and signage operations at scale.

“Our partnership with TIP is an exciting opportunity for us and another example of how Ast continues to evolve and expand. The Stoke site is a huge asset for the business and will play a major role in supporting the next phase of our growth.”

The Stoke operation is now fully operational and represents another exciting chapter for Ast as we continue to invest in innovation, capability and nationwide service delivery.
