Job description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Operative to join our production team in Penrith.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a good level of practical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to help manufacture graphics and signage of all types and formats.
You will work as part of a team of skilled operatives in a fast-moving but relaxed environment and will also need to be self-motivated and perform tasks on an individual basis.
We will provide full training for the right person.
Required skills & experience:
Strong team ethic and willingness to assist other team members whenever necessary.
Strong visual skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to follow clear instructions.
Basic IT skills
Previous experience within the industry is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Main responsibilities:
- Applying graphics to a range of vehicle types including trailers, vans and trucks.
- Checking job sheets/proofs to ensure the fitting process is completed meticulously.
Required skills & experience:
- IPAF / PASMA / first aid certificates would be advantageous.
- Positions are both site and field-based so a full driving licence is essential.
