Astaura delivers 32 bespoke apartments for Hong Kong investor… Astaura was recently appointed by a Hong Kong investor to create a full interior design scheme for new apartment complex, Astra House, Kenton Park, Harrow.
The client wanted to create functional and stylish interiors for the purpose-built apartment block and each of the 32 one-bedroom apartments. Offering a unique rental space, Astaura was asked to create bespoke, luxurious interiors that utilised every square inch of space.
Astaura provided a complete turnkey solution from creating interior design schemes including themes and finishes and then using these to create detailed technical and construction drawing package that enabled our pre-ferm manufacturer to produce the fully bespoke FF&E package ready for our team to install.
As part of the full interior design service, Astaura also created a full furniture, finishes and fixtures package. This included working with UK manufacturers to create bespoke apartment furniture packages and kitchenettes for each apartment.
